Our Story

Loretta and I started Bill Luther Realty, Inc. in 1990 focusing on property management in Mission and Pacific Beach. Our goal was to provide our owners with the best possible service believing that if we delivered, we could not fail. We didn’t.

We then began our Vacation Rental department. Many of our owners operated both Long Term and Vacation rentals and asked us to get into that business as well. They wanted the same level of service with their Vacation rentals that we delivered managing year round rental properties. Loretta began that department and has been operating it ever since. Her level of service to both our vacationing guests and our owners is unparalleled in the vacation rental business.
